What is Spark?

This enables the user to have a virtual workspace to share, prepare and orchestrate projects together, with teams.

What is WebEx?

WebEx is a multi-platformed virtual meeting space offering a simple method to collaborate with co-workers and customers. It removes the long commute users once experienced, and allows a more fluid and easy approach to the conventional meeting setting. The time saved by employees can be spent attending additional WebEx meetings with other clients or on other tasks, increasing the volume of meetings in the same time period delivers positive business outcomes.

What is Office 365?

Most people are more than familiar with Office 365, however, using Tiger Prism to monitor Office 365 usage will give you clear insight into employee utilisation of the email system once you implement your new UC platforms. This will allow you a much more holistic approach to understanding how your staff use their collaboration tools over time and give you a broader view.
