Our Customer Support Helpdesk is on hand to deal with any queries from customers who have a Tiger solution on their premises.
With customers based worldwide, our Customer Support Helpdesk team ensure to deliver speedy resolutions to any queries that arise. Within our business hours (9am-5.30pm GMT or BST Monday - Friday) response to a first contact will be within an hour, and we aim to deal with your query within 4 hours where possible.
There are several ways that our global customers can get in touch – via email, via telephone and via a self-service portal, which is available to our customers. All contact details can be found here.
Our team pride themselves on being sharp and attentive, with a wealth of knowledge. Our friendly experts are on hand to help, with team members of 20 years plus expertise in their field.
Most queries have a quick resolution and we can help in a variety of ways. We have a bank of documentation that can help, we can talk customers through situations over the telephone, or we can gain access to systems remotely to work through a query alongside our customers virtually.
