Our User Group has been running successfully for several years and has been an extremely valuable source of customer feedback and opinions.  Up until now it has been run independently and a membership fee applied. Tiger’s Directors have now agreed to sponsor the event to encourage additional customers to take part in this mutually beneficial activity.

The main aims and benefits of the group are to:-

• Help users gain greater understanding of Tiger products through the experience of other members.
• Enable users to exchange information, to find solutions to problems and to help with technical difficulties.
• Provide a forum to raise with Tiger Communications concerns with the operation or support of the Tiger systems.
• Gives Tiger Communications an opportunity to keep users informed of developments planned for Tiger products.
• Suggest changes and additions to the products which users would like to see built into future developments.

Each meeting is well attended by your Account Managers, Development Team and Directors & covers the regular features detailed below:

• Tiger Development Road Map – What’s happening in the future
• Demonstrations of New Products & Features – What’s available now
• Open & Closed Discussions – Express your satisfaction or concerns
• Q & A Session – You ask & we answer
• Top 5 Wish List – vote on your ideas & we commit to include them in the next release      

Membership

Membership is open to any organisation that uses Tiger products - each organisation can have up to two representatives at meetings.
